No. We're a technology company and don't send caregivers into the home. The service is HD cameras, motion and door sensors, a family app, and optional remote monitoring by trained professionals.
Only if you want them to. 24/7 monitoring is an optional add-on. Families can also self-monitor through the app, or choose flexible schedule monitoring for set windows such as overnight or weekends.
The consultation is free. Our basic self-monitoring plan includes one 4K camera and a 1-year monitoring subscription for a one-time $250, including installation and setup for one person. Other plans are priced to the equipment and monitoring you choose. You own the equipment either way.
No. There's no contract or long-term commitment.
No. We handle the whole installation and walk each family member through app setup.
Only authorized family members in the app, plus our monitoring team during their assigned hours if you add monitoring. We place cameras for safety, not surveillance, and your loved one knows what's monitored.
The system needs an active home internet connection. Without it, cameras and sensors can't send video or alerts until the connection is back.
